Floor Plan Details
Recently the amenities have been discontinued such as the use of the clubhouse/office and computers. The pool has been out of service for half of the season and the parking spaces need to be repaved. Meanwhile I said I’m a government employee and can confirm that’s a lie! The pool remains closed as I have a special needs child that I have every summer who cannot use the amenities. The apartments are falling apart and boot leg maintenance only rigs it to work a day or so. DONT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE LIKE I WAS...

Maintenance take weeks, the floor has a hump in the living room, being charged for a trash service I don’t use. Ready for my lease to end since it’s a bogus amount charged to end it early even though they change management left and right.
